Batman: Arkham Trilogy collects Rocksteady's three Arkham games for Nintendo Switch. In Arkham Asylum, Batman is trapped inside Gotham's asylum after the Joker and inmates such as Harley Quinn, Bane and Scarecrow take control. Arkham City moves the story to a walled-off district of Gotham turned into a prison, and Arkham Knight concludes the series as Scarecrow and the mysterious Arkham Knight threaten all of Gotham City.
All three games combine free-flow melee combat, stealth predator encounters, detective-mode investigation and gadget-based exploration, with the play area growing from the asylum grounds to an open city. Arkham Knight adds a drivable Batmobile and allies such as Nightwing, Robin and Alfred. The collection includes all previously released DLC.
Edition note: the European physical release contains Batman: Arkham Asylum on the game card. Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight are downloaded from the Nintendo eShop using the card (no separate codes), which needs an internet connection and around 50 GB of free storage; a microSD card is recommended and the game card must be inserted to play.
