Step into the rotting Baker estate in rural Louisiana as Ethan Winters, an ordinary man searching for his wife Mia three years after she vanished. Resident Evil 7 biohazard took the series back to its survival-horror roots with a claustrophobic first-person view, scarce ammunition, puzzle-locked doors and a family of hosts who simply will not stay dead. This PS5 Gold Edition puts the complete package on one disc: the full campaign plus Banned Footage Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, the End of Zoe epilogue and the Not a Hero chapter starring Chris Redfield. On PS5 the game also benefits from faster loading, higher frame rates, ray-traced lighting and 3D audio. This is the North American (ESRB) release.
