Destroy All Humans! is the Nintendo Switch release of the remake of the 2005 action-adventure game. Cryptosporidium-137, an alien from the Furon Empire, invades an alternate 1950s America to harvest human DNA while working against the US government.
Gameplay is third-person, using alien weapons, psychokinesis and a human disguise, plus flying-saucer sections that destroy buildings and towns. The remake by Black Forest Games includes the restored mission The Lost Mission of Area 42, and can be played on the TV or in handheld mode.
