Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth is an adventure game set in Tove Jansson's beloved Moominvalley, serving as a spiritual successor to Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley. Moomintroll wakes early from his winter hibernation to find the valley blanketed in frost, cast over the land by the mysterious Lady of the Cold. Unable to go back to sleep, he sets out alone into the unknown to find companionship and help the friends and strangers he meets along the way.
Players explore Nordic-inspired forests, frozen lakes, and snow-covered mountains, solving environmental puzzles and gentle quests while meeting familiar faces from the Moomin stories alongside new characters unique to this adventure. The game emphasises cosy exploration and storytelling over combat, with a hand-crafted world designed to capture the warmth and melancholy of Jansson's original books.
