Grace Choi and Captain Boomerang interrogate a prisoner, desperate to find the location of a dictator's stockpile of deadly nerve gas. Thunder objects to their methods, but Nightwing reminds her that her own choice to blow her cover made the harsh tactics necessary. Once the Outsiders locate the gas and infiltrate the facility, they discover a stockpile large enough to wipe out an entire country — and they're taken out one by one before they can destroy it.
