Pokkén Tournament DX is a one-on-one fighting game in which Pokémon battle each other in fast, close-quarters arena fights. It was developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment and published by Nintendo.
Fights switch between a free-moving Field Phase and a side-on Duel Phase. Each Battle Pokémon has its own moves, Support Pokémon can be called in mid-fight, and a Synergy Burst powers up your fighter. It can be played on TV, tabletop or handheld, and two players can share one console using a Joy-Con each.
The DX version contains all the fighters from the Wii U and arcade releases and adds Decidueye as a new Battle Pokémon, new Support Pokémon, 3-on-3 Team Battle, local wireless Group Match, Daily Challenges and match replays.
