Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster is a remaster of the 1995 Star Wars first-person shooter. You play as Kyle Katarn, a former Imperial officer turned mercenary who joins the Rebel Alliance's covert operations to uncover the Empire's secret Dark Trooper Project.
Fight through missions with ten weapons against twenty enemy types, using power-ups and solving environmental puzzles along the way. A Vault section holds development material from the original game.
Remastered by Nightdive Studios on its KEX engine, with higher-resolution textures, improved lighting and gamepad support.
