Unholy is a first-person horror-adventure set in a grim, post-Soviet town where a mother searches for her abducted child by crossing between the ordinary world and a twisted parallel reality ruled by a priest caste. Four emotions — anger, fear, sadness and desire — become tools for solving puzzles, manipulating the environment and dealing with hostile enemies.
Players can choose stealth or confrontation at nearly every turn, using a collection of unsettling masks to sneak past guards or impersonate the world's inhabitants, giving each playthrough its own approach to the mystery.
